The dissertation is devoted to create the methods of situation approach scenario planning system in the activity of the service’s enterprises. The theoretical and methodical problems of scenario planning system in the activity of the service’s enterprises are examined in the dissertation. The analysis of the modern approaches to the scenario planning system was added by the reasoning of the choice of the situational approach to the analysis of the service’s enterprise results. The analytical tools of scenario planning system were characterized as well.
