Navrozova J. Economic bases of quality management of Ukrainian marine commersial ports' products

The object is process of quality management in the Ukrainian marine commersial ports; the aim is development of theoretical bases and practical recommendations directed on perfection of product quality management and services in the Ukrainian ports and maintenance of their level according to the requirements of the clients; the methods are the objective laws of economy, theoretical and empirical methods; the new approach is a theoretical substantiation and development of the practical recommendations on application of a complex of measures allowing to form of an economic bases of quality management of products and services in ports; the results are discovering of major criteria, on which is formed representation of the consumers about quality of port products and services; methodical bases of optimization of quality level of port products with the help of construction and analysis of economic-mathematical models; application is the "Metalsukrainе Corp.
