The object of the study is the economics processes of formation of theoretical thesis and basic methodi- cal aspects of formation and increasing of efficiency of production of milk for large-goods agricultural forma- tions whish are adapted for market economics on base of intensification are enriched and systematized in the dis- sertation. Dynamics and modern level of intensity and economical efficiency of production of milk is reserched. The analysis of influence of complex of factors on level of intensity and economical efficiency of produc- tion of milk is conducted. Perspective directions of development of dairy cattle is determined. Model of cluster re- novation of production of milk is proposed. Proposals of increasing of quality of milk large-goods agricultural re- gions are substantiated.
