Nesterova N. Synthesis, physico-chemical and biological properties of 4-hydrazinoquinazoline derivatives

The thesis is dedicated to the purposeful search of the biologically active substances among the 4-hydrazinoquinazoline derivatives with the use of the virtual, highthroughput effective pharmacological screening and traditional organic synthesis; exploring their antioxidant, antiischemic, anticonvulsant, antiamnesia, antimicrobial and anticancer activity. We have developed the preparative methods of synthesis of N-(R-arylidene-, heterylidene-)-, N-[1-alkyl- (1-R-phenyl-, 1-R-naphthyl)ethylidene]-N1-(3Н-quinazolin-4-ylidene)hydrazines, derivatives of [(3H-quinazolin-4-ylidene)hydrazono]carboxylic acids and products of their transformations. As a result of the pharmacological screening we have found N-(phenylalylidene)-N1-(3Н-quinazolin-4-ylidene)hydrazine, that was recommended as a highly effective celebroprotective substance for in-depth study.
