The dissertation work is devoted to the analysis of functioning to the axis: hypophysis - suprarenal gland - thyroid gland - sex hormones, to establishment of specific neurotransmitter's mechanism, to stress making alterations of motivational sphere, to development "method of diagnostics of level of the professional burnout", to uncovering of general tendencies in development of the "professional burning down", to study of nature changes of personality at the anaesthetists. Parallel study of stability to stress at the anaesthetists and surgeons with experience 20 years and anymore found out certain disagreements at hormonal (more low indexes of excretion of epinephrine on 48,48%, norepinephrine on 33,46% and testosterone on 17,41%, at the increase of concentration in the blood of cortisol on 15,56%,) and psychosociality levels - greater confidence in itself, optimistic, propensity to objection of alarm on a background contemplating position, expressed to subjectivity and individuality.
