Object: Economic relations between sugar-beet producers and sugar plants of Sumy region Aim : theoretical issues of economic relations and development of economic mechanism of economic relations formation and function on the base of equal economically allocation of the end results in integrated system. Methods: abstract and logic, grouping, correlation and regression analysis, expert judgment, questionnaire design. Results: the perspective of sugar-beet industry is work-out; the contract conditions are systematized and propositions are worked out. New ness: the contents of concepts "economic relations" is concretized; the methodical approaches to definition of regions for sugar-beet production in Sumy region are offered; for the first time for Sumy region, the conditions of contract relations are systematized and propositions for its improvement are proposed; the scheme of perspective economic relations in sugar-beet industry is worked out.
