Object: process of development of the milk cattle breeding in the Lvov region. Aim: development of theoretical and methodological principles and ground of organizational-economic directions of regional development of the milk cattle breeding on the basis of complex estimation of its development Methods: abstract and logic, grouping, correlation-regressive analysis, monographic, calculation-structural. Results: organizational-economic directions of regional development of the milk cattle breeding are grounded. Prognostication of basic parameters of development of industry on a prospect is carried out. New ness: essence of factors is grounded, that the organizational-economic features of development of the milk cattle breeding are determined; certain essence of adaptation of the milk cattle breeding to the market conditions; the organizational structure of regional association for production of milk and milk products is developed; the method of calculation of prime price of milk is improved and economicefficiency of its production in the personal peasant economies of the Lvov region is certain.
