The job is devoted to the decision of an urgent problem of current medicine of optimization of training and diagnostic at ishemic heart disease, stable angina pectoris of FC II-III in combination with discirculative encephalopathy, with use of complex methods of treatment with inclusion periodic normobaric hypoxia and quercetin. The features of clinical displays, central and cerebral haemodynamics, peroxidative lipid oxidation, antioxidative protection state, lipid exchange, coagulative and microcirculative haemostasis at the patient with ishemic heart disease with discirculative encephalopathy.The nearest and remote results of complex use periodic normobaric hypoxia and quercetin at the patients with ishemic heart disease with discirculative encephalopathy are investigated.
