Essay

Theory-methodological approaches to the forming and develop-ing the network are deeper presented. The criteria and approaches to the emphasizing on their basic elements are made. The key elements of perspective ecological network in the cut of basic landscapes and groups of landscapes in region are estimated and emphasized. The territorial functional structure of regional ecological network is substantiated. The effect of perspective regional ecological network on the saving the biological variety, on the optimization of structure of land utilization and on the improvement of natural conditions of population vital functions is estimated.
