Essay

The thesis outlines direction and nature of effective development of agricultural companies in the period after reforms. There was cleared the essence of common and private property, as well as its links with the corresponding business forms in agricultural sector of market economy, and its genesis and role in modern conditions. The establishment and development of agricultural companies of private and common form of ownership was estimated, and their economic efficiency was determined. There was substantiated further effective growth of agricultural companies on the basis of improvement of inner labour relations and the system of management, determination of the optimal structure and specialization in production, attracting investments, and strategic planning.
