A research object is transformation processes in agricultural production, in functioning of development of sunflower subcomplex.A research purpose is the ground of theoretical-methodical bases and perspective practical directions of increase of economic efficiency of production of sunflower in the agricultural enterprises of region on the basis of intensification of production, deepening of integration processes and introduction of market mechanism of menage. Research methods are dialectical and abstractly-logical; statistical-economic; calculation-structural, comparative; economic-mathematical; experimental; groupments; analytical smoothing.Theoretical and practical results consist in possibility of introduction of the got results of researches in production, that will be instrumental in the increase of economic efficiency of production of sunflower, and also will give possibility to realize measures on the improvement of work in relation to his sale at the internal and oversea markets. The noveltyof the pioneer method - determination of sunflower subcomplex is first formulated in accordance with system-structural approach; substantiated necessity of creation of Regional association of participants of sunflower subcomplex, which allowed on a voluntary basis and mutually beneficial terms to unite interests of producers, workers of the processing industry and realizes of seed of sunflower, with the purpose of the permanent and effective providing of own user market and increase of export of raw material and prepared products; the prognosis of increase of productivity and profitability of sunflower is expected in the conditions of drip irrigation and on this basis the offered strategy of increase of efficiency of production of sunflower; subsequent development was acquired: systematization of indexes and criteria which characterize economic and ecological efficiency of production of sunflower; methodical approaches to application of the analytical smoothing in a process are business-planning of increase of efficiency of production of enterprises of sunflower subcomplex, what the chart of economic-mathematical models, which foresees providing of complexity and system of planning and prognostication of activity at all levels of menage, was developed for; directions of increase of economic efficiency of production of sunflower, due to the rational placing of sowing with the use of the sorts and hybrids adjusted to the terms of region, and also increase of level of agrotechnics and agrotechnology his growing; improved: mechanism of the finance-credit providing and redistribution of incomes between the components of sunflower subcomplex; mechanism of adjusting of mutual relations between the participants of integration process of production and processing of sunflower at national and regional levels.The degree of introduction is substantive provisions, conclusions, practical suggestions are accepted to introduction by Main administration of agriculture and food of Kherson regional state administration and Main administration of economy of Kherson regional state administration; in the educational process of the Kherson state agrarian university at teaching of economic disciplines: "Bases of method of economic researches", "Organization of agribusiness", "economic, "Planning of activity of enterprises" Analysis", "Economy of AIC"; in the economies of the Kherson region, in particular in private agribusiness (PA) "South" to the Ivanivski district and LTD. the research and production company (RPC) "Dryad LTD".
