Research object - object is the processes of effective production and realization of corn of corn in the agricultural enterprises of different forms of menage. Research aim - is subsequent development of теоретико-methodical principles that development of the concrete suggestions directed on providing of effective production and realization of corn of corn in markets conditions. Research method - are the rows of dynamics, middle and relative sizes, abstractly-logical method, report and grouping of statistical information, index and cross-correlation-regressive analysis, calculation-structural method, monographic method, graphic method, mathematical game theory. Theoretical and practical results - are development of suggestions in relation to the increase of efficiency of production and realization of corn on a corn taking into account the agroclimatic features of region. The practical value of the results got in the process of research is confirmed by certificates about their use: suggestion in relation to the system of measures for the increase of efficiency of production and realization of corn on a corn on the basis of intensification of industry accepted to introduction by Main administration of agriculture and food of Mykolaiv regional state administration (certificate № 4-0500 from February, 15 of 2005р.); measures on the use of hybrids, estimations of efficiency of their growing taking into account the naturally-economic placing, optimization of observance of implementation of agrotechnical measures, applications of front-rank technologies are accepted to introduction of Novaodesa by the state sort research station (certificate № 7 from March, 14 of 2005р.); realization and subsequent introduction of project of efficiency of growing of corn on a corn by system of Margin (Gross Margin System) Gross in the Kazanka "Force of growth" LTD. district of the Mykolaiv region (certificate № 87 from February, 10 of 2005р.). Novelty inculcate - offered and an integral index (index) is used for the ground of rating of districts after the level of efficiency of production of corn on a corn, which takes into account the individual indexes of the productivity, to the labour productivity; grounded method of determination of integral index taking into account character of influencing of factors on a size arrived from realization of corn on a corn calculating on the hectare of sowing; on the basis of optimum structure of sowing of corn in an area grain-growing the areas of sowing and production volumes of corn are grounded on a corn after the agroclimatic areas of region; estimation of efficiency of growing of corn on a corn by system of Margin (System Margin Gross) Gross in the conditions of concrete economy of region; research of placing and efficiency of production of corn on a corn after the agroclimatic areas of the Mykolaiv region; sending of subsequent concentration of production of corn to the corn in the enterprises of different legal forms of menage taking into account their features; system of measures of increase of efficiency of production and realization of corn corns which take into account a regional specific and features of development of different patterns of ownership and menage foresee intensification of production, perfections of market infrastructure.
