Shapovalova O. Money obligations' interests: civil law aspects.

The dissertation is the first Ukrainian investigation of theoretical and practical application of interests in money obligations. The main positions of dissertation is to determinate the civil law specific of interests its money bond connections. The law essence of money resources, money paid and money obligations, interests relations with money are investigated. The legal status of interests in the cases of violation of money obligations is researched. The law essence of paid for else's money and the law of property on money obligation violation are researched. The differention of law essence of these interests is made. The special attention is given to the forms of the violation of money obligations. On the grounds of the analysis of standard acts and court practice concrete proposals have been made concerning the improvement of legal regulation of interests application in civil law."
