Essay

The thesis is devoted to the problems of improving the grape clusters processing operations in jaw presses. The research method used is described as the operations analysis made by introducing the intensity criterion of energy effects on raw material W, and the operations analysis using grape clusters strain in the jaw press working chamber. The concepts of displaced volume, slip lines, equality of both strain energies in the jaw press working chamber and external forces energies have been introduced. Three laboratory models have been elaborated, the experiments being conducted there. The experiments have also been carried out on industrial standard presses. The requests for the patents have been made. The recommendations on using the existing jaw presses and elaborating the new ones have been given.
