In the dissertation is shown, that the existing ways and equipmentfor crushing stalk of materials have low technical and economic parameters, is analytically proved and is experimentally confirmed expedi- ency of development of a new design crusher with use of simultane- ous shock crushing and cutting with sliding at maintenance necessa- ry against cutting to prop up, the design data and modes of operati- ons new crusher and determined which provides low expenses of energy, reduction of weight, low operational expenses, minimal capi- tal investment. For account of specific work of crushing the expres- sion is offered which takes into account a degree of crushing and splitting of stalks. The economical effect of introduction offered crusher makes depending on productivity of economy from 789,6 up 34103,8 uah per one year
