In the dissertation author investigate legal nature of share, legal substance of right ”on share” and “out of share”. The concept of protection of rights of shareholders is formulated, wholeness system of ways of protection of rights of shareholders is built, description of protection of rights of shareholders is done, theoretical and practical problems of protection of rights of shareholders by ways: confession of right, vindication of share other people’s illegal possession, are revealed. The classification of foundations of protection of rights of shareholders is worked out.
