The object is process of improvement of formation of landed properties and land tenure in an agricultural production at a regional level in conditions of new ground attitudes. The object of research is set of theoretical, methodical and practical positions concerning formation economically effective and safe agricultural land tenure; the purpose of research substantiations of Ecology-economic bases of formation of landed properties and the ground of usings in conditions of transformation of ground attitudes(relations) on Bukovina; methods - dialectic and set of methods: historical; monographic; the statistical, economic analysis, experimental designing; novelty - prin-ciples of formation of conceptual model of optimization of agricultural land tenure for the first time are proved and formulated in view of market conditions and requirements of constant development; - For the first time it is proved and proved, that the basic direction of formation of eco-nomically effective agricultural land tenure onthe basis of ground particles (Share part) is the Ecology-landscape ap-proach to land management and economic - Land man-agement optimization of land tenure; - the technique of an estimation of ecological stability аagrarians landscapes and agricultural land tenure regarding application of factor of morphological stability of a relief in a context of his(its) regional value is advanced; scientific - methodical ap-proaches to classification and the analytical account of the grounds in the agricultural enterprises which are based on an estimation of the ground for display of its(her) cost in book keeping are advanced; has received the further devel-opment the methodical approach to an estimation of effi-ciency of the organization agricultural to the ground of the usings generated on the property rights and rent on the ground: It is offered to carry out her(it) in view of eco-nomic parameters, in particular a gain of the net profit re-ceived due to design decisions, the maximum(supreme) efficiency of capital investments on design works from land management, an increase in value of the agricultural grounds. Results - it is carried out(spent) profound researches of economic - ecological bases of formation of agricultural landed properties and the ground of usings on the basis of ground particles (Share part), it is developed methodological and methodical bases of land management on a Ecology-landscape basis at the organization of landed properties and the ground of usings of the agricultural enterprises; methodical approaches to improvement of in-formation base of the state ground cadastre are proved; area - a rural economics and a land economics. .
