Object of the study is process of investment activity management, connected with simple and extended reproducing the mine fund, on base of modeling of the development of the mine at time and space. Objective of study is theoretical motivation and making the mechanism of the development of the mines as production systems, allowing raise efficiency of the perspective calendar planning working spare. Methods of research are economic and correlation-regression analysis, mathematical statistics and economic and mathematical modeling. Theoretical and practical results: methodical positions for regulation of the distribution investment resource and buildings of the models of management main economic parameter developments of the mines. Novelty is improvement of the mechanism of management investment process maintenances to powers of the perspective mines on base of the account their economic reliability and trend of the change main natural and industrial factor.
