Torohtiy Y. The legal basis of interaction of local state administrations and local self-government in Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to study of evolution of mutual relations between local bodies of public authority in territory of modern Ukraine during X-ХХ centuries, a legal basis of interaction of subsystems of public authority at the present stage of development of the Ukrainian state, forms and methods of such interaction, and also problems of its normative regulation and realization. At a theoretical level the system of the principles underlying mutual relations of the local state administrations and institutions of local government in Ukraine is analyzed, competition basis of such interaction is investigated, features of interaction of local home rule with the local state administrations in administrative and territorial units of Ukraine with the special status are defined. The general and special principles of interaction are allocated into dissertations between local state administrations and local self- government, three levels of a legal basis of such interaction are allocated, is investigatedit institutional, legal, organizational, information and material - financial forms. In the dissertation conceptual provisions are formulated, new offers and conclusions on researched questions are proved.
