The thesis is devoted to complex study of legal regulation of the usage of national and municipal property items of law by non-government subjects on a concession basis. Prerequisites of emergence and development evolution of concession relations are studied, their historical and economic causes revealed. The procedure of establishment of concession relations are studied as well as their subjects and objects. Problems and prospects of legal regulation of concession activities in Ukraine are determined.
