The work is devoted to problems of creation, development and functioning of integrated agroindustrial enterprises on manufacture of meat and meat products. The opportunity and reasonability of region meat food subcomplex agroindustrial integration processes introduction and development were proved. The economic mechanism of the enterprises interaction was worked out. The fastest development of the integrated enterprise was planned in a view of real starting conditions.
