Essay

Object : forming of meat productivity of bird by perfection of technology of its growing. Purpose: increase of efficiency of production of meat of chickens – broilers due to stimulation of their growth at the use of features of the coloured sight of bird. Methods: zootechnics, anatomic, histological and biochemical methods. Results: 1) for a theory: the got results extend and complement the picture of influence of color on productivity of chickens – broilers; 2) for practice: offered method of stimulation of growth of chickens – broilers and increase of their meat productivity promotes, as at cellular and floor maintenance increase of living mass of bird and safety of total number of livestock.
