Functioning small enterprises in modern conditions of managing is considered. Structure of management is im-proved by way introduction of economist-analyst. Analytical formulas are made for calculation of the loss and the profit, which caused by negative and positive influence of factors internal and an environment on profitability of the enterprise. The algorithm of an estimation of influence of factors of inter-nal and external environments on profitability of small enter-prises in conditions of enterprise risk is developed. The plan-ning mechanism of the production program of the enterprise is offered. It takes into account dependence of reliability of realization of produced production on its volume and a source of formation of means which are used for manufacture. Meth-odological aspects of formation of a pricing policy of small enterprises are formulated. It provides a choice of the most effective price strategy by the common estimation of the pur-poses of subjects of enterprise activity, conditions of a competition and quality of production.
