Boychenko N. Determination of economic potential of anthracitic mines in the depressed regions of Donbass

The questions, related to the theoretical ground and improvement of the system of economic evaluation of the mines fund by the design of parameters which determine the level of economic potential of coal mines, are considered in dissertation. The developed methodical recommendations allow with greater efficiency to manage the economic indicators of anthracitic mines with the limited supplies in part of the most effective use of productions, above all things financial, resources, their redistribution in behalf of perspective mines, if economic potential of mine will be negative. It is proved in work, that for determination of economic potential of mines the index "added cost" must be accepted, simultaneously estimating efficiency of finances- - economic activity of enterprise, efficiency of the use of resources, economic efficiency social and for a national economy. Forming of the economic added cost, largely, depends on co-operation of three constituents - profitability, liquidity and business activity, by indexes which are characterized, "profitability of the fixed assets", "general coefficient of coverage" and "duration of operating cycle", accordingly. For determination of economic potential of mines the proper economic -mathematical models are developed, that allow to make decision about expedience of subsequent exploitation of mine or about the necessity of its liquidation and to determine the optimum and critical values of strategic parameters of finances- economic activity of mine.
