The dissertation is a civil legal research, which deals with the problems of property rights renewal for the illegally condemned and rehabilitated citizens. The becoming of property rights renewal for illegally condemned and rehabilitated as a law institute is examined in it. It is outlines the participants' circle of analyzed legal relation, is underlines expedience of application of unique term "rehabilitated" to the citizens, that suffered from illegal actions of law enforcement and judicial authorities, and subjected to repression.
