Essay

For the first time the investigation of influence of fluoroquinolones was conducted on the system of prooxidant-antioxydant homoeostasis of embryos cells. It was established, that the effect of fluoroquinolones on embryos of loach during embryogenesis was realized on membrane level, namely through activation of intensity of free-radical reactions and alteration of antioxydation system enzyme activity. The degree of action of antibiotics did not depends only on the concentration of preparations in the incubation medium, but also on the stage of development of embryos and on the structure of fluoroquinolone that determined its physical and chemical properties. It was found out, that calcium ions intensified the activating action of borocin and flumiquil on the POL processes, while the magnesium ions eliminated that effect.
