In the work the investigation of ionizing radiation influence on properties of erythrocytes among healthy people and oncology patients was performed. The non-monotonous changes in complex dielectric permittivity for the erythrocytes suspension and erythrocyte membranes at 2-47 °С were founded. The increase in hydration of the erythrocyte membranes at 2 to 15 °C and reduces at 15-20 and 28-47 °C has been shown. It is shown the increase of degree of hydration of the erythrocyte membranes during radiation influence on organism. The water molecule dielectric relaxation time activation energy in these systems has been obtained before and after radiotherapy. The change in hemolytic and thermal resistance of erythrocytes undergoing radiation therapy has been investigated. In experimental models of Guerin's carcinoma at local fractionated x-ray irradiation in vivo of the organism has been investigated the changes of the parameters characterizing dielectric permittivity, hemolytic tolerance of erythrocyte membranes, disturbance in the electrolyte balance of ions in plasma and erythrocytes suspension.
