Essay

On the basis of the complex clinical instrumental and biochemical study the role of the ration of excitatory and inhibitory neuroaminoacids in worsening of hypertensive encephalopathy and formation of neurological syndromes was detected. The dependence of principal bioelectrical rhythms on neuroaminoacid ratio was proved. The differentiated indication of nootropic therapy (pyracetam, noofen, glycised) depending on clinical, bioelectrical or biochemical changes was substantiated and introduced in practical usage.
