Okolot Y. Peculiarities of clinic, pathogenesis, and principles of military-medical expertise of vertebral lumbosacral pain syndrome

Paper contains results of clinikal, immunological, biochemical and tomographic examinations (MR-image) of 126 patients with various vertebral lumbosacral pain syndromes. The types of radiculopathies, that correspond to the stages of radicular involvement progression were identified. The new criteria of their clinical diagnostics were introduced as well, as peculiarities and patterns of their clinical diagnostics were introduced as well, as peculiaries and patterns of formation of clinical manifestation of suffer. Taking into account structural disorders of vertebral segments' components, and according to the introduced types of vertebral osteochondrosis, degenerative - dystrophic manifestation of vertebral pathology were identified. New principles of examination of military servicemen with vertebral lumbosacral pain syndromes during carrying out of military-medical expertise were introduced.
