3. Dissertation is devoted to the complex research of theoretical and practical problems of legal status of refugees in Ukraine. In particular, in the work based on the analysis of core theses of the constitutional law theory, Constitution of Ukraine, international legal norms, Ukrainian legislation, practice of granting and suspending of the refugee status in Ukraine, the author's concept of legal status of refugees as special and temporary legal status of foreigners is formulated; the terms refugee and legal status of refugee in the constitutional law of Ukraine, the correlation and interrelation between legal status of refugees and legal status of foreigners and stateless people are described; the procedure of obtaining and suspending of the legal status of refugees in Ukraine is researched; the problems of implementing the rights and fulfilling the duties of refugees in Ukraine are analyzed and ways to resolve them are proposed. Propositions on the improvement of the legislation in force that regulates the legal status of refugees in Ukraine are formulated. Conclusions and recommendations included into dissertation can be used in the process of improvement of the activities of authorities immediately involved in refugee issues management.
