Il'chenko-Syuyva L. Mechanism of Government Regulation of Ukrainian Monetary Policy in the Context of European Integration

The object is the transformation of the processes, methods, instruments of the money circulation public administration in Ukraine in the conditions of the market economy coming into being. The objective is the scientific and theoretical justification of the directions and practical recommendations of the effective mechanism choice of the public administration regulation of the money supply in the economy of Ukraine in terms of the integration of the country to the European Union. The methods are the scientific abstraction, systematization, retrospective, comparative analysis, systematic and historical, systematic and prognostic, modelling, graphic, scientific identification. The newness is that the approaches and views on the transformation of the processes, methods, instruments of the money circulation public administration in Ukraine in the conditions of the market economy coming into being have been systematized, the system of the money and credit system regulation has been scientifically proved, ithas been stated that the suggested system possesses efficient combination of the market and administrative instruments of the state policy. The results are that the approaches to the non bank financial mediators attraction to the state money policy has been scientifically proved, the transformation of the functions as well the tasks of the state organs aimed to the European Union integration have found their further scientific development.
