Essay

Object – dynamic processes in the assembly elements of the drilling column bottom; aim – efficiency increase of well drilling by improving construction of assembly elements of the drilling column bottom; methods – analyses of the drilling column elements operating indices by means of mathematical statistics methods, model of longitudinal and rotating vibrations of the drilling column with heavy – weighed drill pipes of changing stiffness in the drilling column bottom assembly. Methods of statistic analysis of modeling dynamic processes in drilling column using software; novelty - mathematical model of drilling column operation with heavy – weighed drill pipe of variable stiffness of exponential form has been improved heavy – weighed drill pipe construction with weld – threaded ends has been improved, for the first time there has been developed more powerful threaded clutch joint construction of ’’flute’’ type; method of experimental defining of Veller diagram has been further developed on the basis ofenergy conservation law. The results – 2 patented constructions have been worked out, specifications on the use of heavy- weighed drill pipe of variable stiffness in the drill pipe bottom assembly has been worked out and introduced at the Prylutsky oil and gas field and ’’Zakhid –ukrgeologuya’’ geological amalgamation.
