Essay

The thesis is devoted to increasing of the efficacy of preeclampsia diagnosis and treatment on the background of autoimmune disturbances, decreasing of perinatal morbidity and mortality frequency in pregnant women with pathological level of antiphospholipid antibodies (APLA) on the basis of working out of new pathogenetic well-grounded approaches to the complex therapy. Peculiarities of the course of pregnancy in women with pathological level of APLA and positive re-action to LA were the threat of pregnancy interruption (chorion separation in the I trimester), primary fetoplacental insufficiency, fetal growth restriction syndrome. Complex intensive therapy of preeclampsia including correction of autoimmune and hemostasiologic distiurbances and therapeutic plasmapheresis allows continue the pregnancy till term of viable fetus due to the rehabilitation of immunologic and hemostasiologic parametres.
