The work is devoted to the question of decrease of the frequency of complications during pregnancy and delivery periods in pregnant women with chronic psychoemotional load. Some aspects of fetoplacentary insufficiency pathogenesis in such patients have been specified. The scientific based cоmplex of treatment-and-protective measures for pregnant women with chronic psychoemotional load has been developed, which allowed to reduce the frequency of fetoplacentary insufficiency by 31,6%.
