Essay

The problems of economic nature of the enterprise capital at the modern economic conditions are disserted through the thesis. Economic activity subjects capital ranging and analysis by different features are improved. Structural variety of an enterprise capital is reopened through financial and property aspects of its formation. The problems of methodic tools improvement to manage the formation of the capital target structure. Practical recommendations to optimize the capital target structure by the method of combined effect of two criteria: total capital rent level and financial stability level, are suggested.
