The object is 162 patients with myocardial infarction; the aim is to improve the efficiency of the treatment of patients with myocardial infarction with hyperuricemia; the methods are clinical, biochemical, instrumental, morphological, experimental, statistical; the novelty – clinical peculiarities of myocardial infarction according to the level of uric acid in blood, are first studied development of hyperuricemia cardiomyopathy is experimentally specified, the differential complex treatment with candesartan or wobenzym in patients with myocardial infarction with hyperuricemia is proved; the results - the differential using of candesartan or wobenzym in complex therapy makes it possible to improve the efficacy of the treatment of patients with miocardial infarction with hyperuricemia; the results have been introduced into educational process and medical practice; the field of science is medicine.
