Essay

New approaches are represented to the decision of the issue of the day of hygiene of aviation specialists - estimation of influencing of organizational factors of professional activity on the organism of pilots of a different age. The features of worsening health of aviation specialists of a different age are set. The mechanisms of forming backlogs of adaptation and psychophysiological functions of pilots are exposed, depending on their age and health. Approaches are developed to estimation of psychophysiological status of aviation specialists and recommendation in relation to the improvement of tactic of application of prophylactic and rehabilitation measures, taking into account their health and age.
