In dissertational work questions of control are considered by the support-rotary device of aerials, influence of a mobile basis in particular is taken into account. The nonlinear dynamic model of antenna system is constructed. The analysis of the equations of the indignant movement is lead and carried out, taking into account and without consideration wind loadings. Kinematics parameters biaxial antenna systems with an any arrangement of axes on the mobile basis are investigated and communication with the corresponding dynamic equations and the equations of the indignant movement is shown. The free antenna system is investigated on stability on Lyapunov, in different modes necessity of introduction of management is shown. The controlled model of antenna system in initial form Hessenberga and Frobeniusa is received. Modal management for model of the eighth and tenth orders is constructed. The estimation of optimum control on a final interval of time is lead.
