Sergey N. Prevention of complicated course of pregnancy and delivery in women of the risk group on sudden infant death syndrome.

Object - obstetric and perynatal complications at pregnant women of group of risk with a sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS); methods - clinical, laboratory, histologic, statistical; novelty - for the first time in Ukraine the profound analysis of cases of sudden death of chest children on the basis of the uniform unified approach developed European Commonwealth is lead, some parameters gipotalamus-gipophis-overkidney systems and an immune homeostasis at not pregnant women and by pregnant women of group of risk with a sudden infant death syndrome are studied; for the first time the estimated table of risk factors of development of a sudden infant death syndrome and the computer program which allows to carry already at the first visiting female consultation the pregnant woman to the certain group of risk is created. On the basis of hormonal, immunological and pathoanatomical researches of children who have died owing to SIDS, and also morphological research placenta of their mothers, representations about pathogenesis SIDS are added, and the developed and introduced system of primary, secondary and tertiary preventive maintenance promoted decrease SIDS; results - decrease in complications of current of pregnancy and sorts at women of groups of risk with a syndrome of sudden death of the baby by development of the scientifically-proved schemes of preventive maintenance and treatment; branch – medicine.
