Object - reparative regeneration of post-operational wounds; methods - macroscopical, histologic, microbiological, clinical-laboratory, mathematical, statistical; novelty - for the first time is lead the comparative characteristic of morphological changes in fabrics for take in wounds of a forward belly wall and a thin gut usual sutural material and sutural material, impregnated by decametoxin; for the first time positive influence sutural material (silk, catgut) impregnated by decametoxin, on regeneration of wounds of a forward belly wall and a thin gut is established; for the first time influence sutural material with entered in its structure by decametoxin on current of healing of a postoperative wound of a forward belly wall after appendectomy is studied; Results - the new approach to preventive maintenance of pyoinflammatory complications from an operational wound and intestinal анастомоза on the basis of research of antimicrobic action and influence on surrounding fabrics sutural material, impregnated by decametoxin, in a floor of a constant electric current is scientifically proved; branch – medicine.
