The thesis contains complex legal analysis of the theoretical and practical problems arising between an owner of a market and a lessee of a trading spot at the market. The features of these relations have been considered in this paper and the effective mechanism of their civil-and-legal adjustment has been set. The paper has a complex survey of the lease contract on the trading spot at the market and, in particular, the concept of the lease contract on the trading spot at the market is formulated.
