Essay

Thesis is devoted to the historical and legal analysis of the influence of European liberalism on the formation of national political and legal idea. The level of topic’s scientific elaboration is analyzed in this work. Comparative analysis of European and Ukrainian legal liberalistic is conducted; elements of resemblance and difference in the relations of liberal ideology supporters to the theoretical propositions of liberal theory of the state and law and the methods of realization in political and legal practice of the main liberal ideas are revealed.
