Polshkova S. Clinical-and-psychopathological description and perfection of mental disorders related to stress prophylaxis and treatment among miners which are victims because of accident on the coal miners of Donbass

Science work was devoted to the problem of prophylaxis and treatment of mental disorders related to stress among miners which are victims because of accident on the coal miners of Donbass. According to the conducted study of the clinical-and-psychopathological structure and risk-factors of mental disorders related to stress among miners which are victims because of accident on the coal miners improved prophylaxis and perfected the therapy of such disorders using psychopharmacotherapy and psychotherapy. There are revealed some risk-factors: social-and-demographical (young and old age; low level of education; unstable family status), professional (little length of work; often change of work), individual-and-psychological (emotional type of characters accentuation; high level of personality anxiety), psychotraumatic (conflicts at work and conflicts in family). There are diagnosed posttraumatic stress disorders (52,2 %), adaptation disorder (39,1 %), acute stress reaction (8,7 %) among miners which are victims because of accident on the coal miners. There are revealed four types of posttraumatic stress disorder: anxious-and-depression type (75,0 %), asthenic-and-depression type (10,7 %), dysphoric type (8,3 %), somatoform type (6,0 %). Сomplex of therapy is suggested of such disorders (psychopharmacotherapy and psychotherapy) and efficacy of this method is proved according to the results of scales HADS, MADRS and CAS.
