Lyashenyk A. Substantiation of filter cyclone parameters for clearing air from wood dust

Object is process of cleaning of air from a dust by cyclone with a filtration external wall; purpose – substantiation parameters of filtration cyclone and development of constructions of air cleaner devices with low power charges on cleaning of air from an arboreal dust. During conducting of researches followed the unique method of comparative researches of separators for cleaning of venting air. Novelty – the mathematical model of motion of particle of dust is first built in a cyclone with a filtration external wall and the method of its numerical realization is offered, got engineering formulas for determina-tion of sizes of the least particles of arboreal dust, which will be caught in a cyclone and the limits of their application are set, in first theory and experimentally substantiation expedience of application of filtration external wall in a cyclone, the reasons of decline of hydraulic resistance and increase to the output-input ratio of cyclone are described as a result of such replacement. Results – constructions of filtration cyclone are developed, two-step air cleaner setting on the base of filtrations cyclones and aspiration and air cleaner system with autonomous ventilators.
