The purpose of dissertational research - illumination of essence, a modern condition of integration processes in criminalistics and definition of ways of optimization of integration of achievements of science and technology in criminalistics. Object of research is process of integration of achievements of scientific and technical progress in criminalistics. A subject - features of integration of knowledge in criminalistics as the factor of its development. Scientific novelty of the received results consists that the dissertation the monographic complex research first in Ukraine in which from a position of the system approach, on the basis of positions of the general theory of criminalistics and its interscientific communications positions which for the first time open are developed or in a new fashion shine a problem. For the first time the basic directions and forms of integration of achievements of science and technology in criminalistics are determined and ordering of integration processes in criminalistics and judicial examination is developed; it is developed essentially new classification of integration of knowledge; necessity of organizational - administrative and legal maintenance of process of integration of achievements of other sciences for criminalistics is proved.
