Chepil I. Cryocord–C in a complex treatment of patients with an acute destructive pancreatitis and purulent- septic infection in surgery

The thesis is devoted improvement the results of the complex treatment of patients with an acute destructive pancreatitis and purulent- septic infection in surgery. It was established depression on the indices of cellular and humoral immunity and higher endogenous intoxication. Three types of the immunograms have been found. Correlative analysis the indices of cellular and humoral immunity with the main clinical symptoms of the acute destructive pancreatitis and purulent- septic infections was used. Critical signs of clinical and biocamical symptoms and was analyzed the frequent of the develop these signs on patients with differential types of the immunograms have been found. It was established that the more frequent of the meeting these critical signs in patients with III type of the immunogram in comprasion with I and II types. Method of immunocorection by Cryocord-C in a complex treatment of patients with an acute destructive pancreatitis and purulent-septic infection was developed and introduced. It allowed to improvement the results of the treatment.
