Essay

The indexes of Nitrogen oxide system and cyclic nucleotides in liver, monocytes and endotheliocytes – in chronic hyperimmunocomple-xemia, the ultrastructural changes and its correction by quercitine were studied According to the received data – in chronic hyperimmunocomplex process observed was a considerable increase of iNOS activity and decrease of cNOS activity, the lowering of NO2? and NO3? sum, and of cAMP and cGMP levels in all investigated test-objects, destructive changes in tissues of liver, monocytes and endoteliocytes. Corvitine normalizes NO system, levels of cyclic nucleotides. Corvitine injection were accompanied by positive changes of ultrastructure of liver, monocytes and endotheliocytes.
