This research work is devoted to study the early diagnostic and effective treatment of arterial hypertension in patients suffered from hypothyroidism with chronic autoimmune thyroiditis. 83 patients were studied. As the result of the clinical-laboratory research it was disclosed that arterial hypertension takes place in patients over 50, in short duration hypothyroidism, in not sever illness, in compensative and subcompensative hypothyroidism
