Dombrovska O. Constitutional Human and Citizen Right to Life and Ensuring of Its Realization by the Authorities of Internal Affairs

The thesis focuses on complex research of theoretical and practical problems, which appear in the process of realization of constitutional human and citizen right to life and its ensuring by the authorities of internal affairs. Historical background of formation and development of constitutional human and citizen right to life are analyzed, it's general and specific characteristics are pointed out and theoretically grounded. Based on the analysis of the literature and generalization of the practice a personal point of view on the concept and content of constitutional human and citizen right to life, as well as social and legal mechanism of its realization are provided. Competence, forms and methods of activity of the authorities of internal affairs are studied concerning ensuring realization of constitutional human and citizen right to life. Propositions and recommendations are developed for improvement of current legislation in the sphere of ensuring constitutional human and citizen right to life.
