The thesis deals with investigation of managment of enterprise's stability. Teoretical foundations for management of stability at different levels of management are considered. The functions of the state are described in anti-crisis management of enterprise's external environment on the basis of investigation and determination of interaction between stability, risk and economic safety for operation, and the enterprise development. Methodical approaches to development of indicators and estimations of enterprise's stability are offered. They are based on estimation of a production-economic system using the economic indicators and the relationship beetween the partners' interests. Basic directions for improvement of management of stability due to perfection of methods of anticipated management, formation of finance-investment strategy for enterprise and estimation of efficiency of anticipated management of stability are well-grounded.
